Self Pay/Elective Cosmetic Surgery

You will be contacted prior to your surgery with the estimated procedure cost. Self Pay and Elective Cosmetic Procedures will need to be paid in full prior to or at time of service.

Charity Care and Financial Assistance

For all payors, including self-pay, a patient may request a Financial Hardship-Charity Discount. Financial need and any discount must be verified and documented.
